A look up to the interesting construction from the ground.

The official text looks like that:
Heidrun Holzfeind's reading room takes up a familiar picture from the domestic surroundings in order to transform it artistically and practically. In the artistic shaping, local allusions, fragments from modern international life and references to Constructivism and Minimal Art are interwoven. If the traditional raised hide is usually associated with martial, mostly male rec reational pleasures, the silver-coloured and partly mirrored installation opens up a space for pondering and retreat in which it is possible not only to read theoretical literature on feminism, migration and globalization, but also to temporarily distance oneself from everyday impositions in an adequately modern way.
